Established in 2000, Qingdao Zhongtuo Plastics Co., Ltd. is a sole proprietorship enterprise registered in Qingdao High-tech Industrial Park. Zhongtuo has a production base situated in Jiaozhou Jiaolai Town Industrial Park and covering an area of 24,684 square meters, concurrently possesses production workshop of 4,212 square meters, office buildings of 930 square meters, dormitory and dining room of 1,378 square meters.

At present, the company owns several plastic packaging production lines. Its main production equipments are three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine and single layer blow molding machine; 1100mm high-speed unit type photogravure press; 1250mm high-speed full-automatic dry composite machine; 800mm full-automatic high-speed bag making machine and 600mm full-automatic high-speed bag making machine; 1100mm high-speed slitting machine; high-speed vacuum packing machine and other equipments.

The company has electronic tensile testing machine, heat sealer, thickness tester, counter pressure high-temperature boiler, pendulum impact resister and various other test equipments with physicochemical indexes for product quality test.

Qingdao Zhongtuo Plastics Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing and processing vacuum packing bag for foods, high-temperature cooking bags, aluminum foil bags and freezing bags for foods, as well as the bags and coiled materials for various biscuits, instant noodles, and leisure foods. Zhongtuo has VIP (vacuum insulation panel) packers and the most advanced large high-speed VIP packers in China. Especially, the polyethylene products for food packing, plastic composite products for food packing, plastic-aluminum composite products for food packing produced by the company all conform to the requirements of implementation rules for CQC mark certification and have obtained the "Product Certification Certificate" issued by China Quality Certification Center. At the same time, the polyethylene products for food packing, plastic composite products for food packing, plastic-aluminum composite products for food packing produced by the company are the "self inspection unit"(filing registration number: 3701603439) approved by Qingdao Entry and Exit Inspection and Quarantine. In Apr. 2007, the four products of "polythene blown film bag for packing use" "biaxially oriented nylon film BOPA/ low density polyethylene LDPE"," biaxially oriented polypropylene film BOPP/low density polyethylene LDPE" , "high-temperature resisting cooking bags" produced by the company obtained QS certificate for access to the market of plastic package, container and instrument for food use (certificate number: QS37-10101-04531) from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and thus Zhongtuo ranked among the early manufacturers in Shandong which have obtained market access certificates.

The company has been performing management strictly sticking to ISO9001:2000 quality management system standards since its founding.
